What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect the information you provide in the form: your name, phone number, email address, the package or travel style you are interested in, intended travel dates, traveller counts and any message you add.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a trip proposal or quote.
• To coordinate confirmed bookings such as stays, transfers and activities.
• To provide support before, during and after your trip.

We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for unrelated marketing.

Communication channels

We may respond by email, phone or WhatsApp using the contact details you provide. If you choose to continue a conversation on WhatsApp, that conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.

Storage and service providers

Enquiry details are stored in our booking records and are shared only with the service providers required to deliver your trip (for example a hotel, ferry operator or activity operator), and with the technical providers that host our website and deliver our email.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time by writing to query@reeflineholidays.com. We keep records of confirmed trips for as long as needed for accounting and support.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 on public pages to understand aggregated website usage and whether enquiry and contact actions are working. Reefline's analytics implementation is designed not to send names, email addresses, phone numbers or enquiry messages to Google Analytics.

Google Analytics technology may use browser storage or cookies as provided by Google. Reefline does not use this website for third-party advertising or ad-personalisation tracking. You can limit or block browser storage and cookies through your browser or device privacy settings.
